BRIEF

Achieve behavioral change by bringing real world scenarios to life within a leadership experience.

STRATEGY

The challenge was to cut through. We wanted a dramatic intervention that would break people out of the day-to-day and gain deep attention. We also wanted to get buy-in by offering different perspectives on the same scenario.

Experience

The audience left the main event space and walked through a dark corridor filled with haze and red light. This was used to wrong-foot and focus minds from the start. People were given headsets and, as they explored, they came across actors and heard first-hand accounts of a particular scenario told from different standpoints.

The group then reconvened as one to share reflections on what had been an incredibly visceral experience.
