The Role

We’re looking for a talented Middleweight 2D Graphic Designer to join our creative department. If the below describes you, then get in touch.

 • Passion for live experience design and collaborating across disciplines to create striking immersive experiences

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, understanding of typography, colour, layouts, and branding 

• 3-5 years of experience in an event or experiential agency environment (but we’re open to outstanding portfolios from all creative backgrounds)

• Proficient across the Adobe Creative Suite from Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and PowerPoint

• Excited about the opportunities of AI within design and exploring new software

• Experience designing for both digital and physical environments, with an understanding of how design translates across screens, print, and spatial formats – Knowledge of Adobe After Effects would be beneficial

• Comfortable contributing to early concept development and storytelling alongside the wider team

 • Able to put together client proposals, mood boards and mock-ups

 • Collaborate with our Marketing Manager to shape internal marketing and social media content, helping to grow the Live Union brand presence

 • Enjoy presenting design work to clients

 • Seeing the idea through from concept, design, to onsite delivery

 • Understanding of print methods, both small and large formats 

• Provide day-to-day creative support and guidance to our in-house designer, helping them grow and ensuring high-quality output across all deliverables.

• Ability to brief freelancers and artworkers

• Great attention to detail
