• Ensure each project is effectively resourced, drawing on in-house expertise,
freelance specialists and trusted supplier partners.
• Provide clear leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring deadlines,
quality standards and expectations are consistently met.
Budget Ownership & Financial Management
• Maintain full ownership of live project budgets, ensuring strong financial
control and delivery to agreed margin targets.
• Support the finance team with timely reporting, reconciliations, invoicing, and
accurate use of Xero.
• Regularly review costings to maximise value for clients while protecting
agency profitability.

Creative, Content & Experience Development
• Work closely with Creative and Content teams to shape compelling
narratives, event journeys and audience experiences.
• Encourage clients to explore innovative ideas, new technologies and
imaginative approaches.
• Champion Live Union’s ambition to continually reinvent and reimagine
experiences.
• Contribute to internal inspiration-sharing forums, including the weekly “That’s
Interesting” bulletin.
Production Collaboration

• Demonstrate a clear passion for the events and experience industry, with
strong awareness of emerging trends, tools and technologies.
• Lead and contribute to ideation sessions, inspiring teams and clients with
