Brief

Reimagine a traditional Partners’ event. Focus in on the true value of 550 Senior Partners travelling from around the world to spend three days together in Monte Carlo.

Strategy

We put the audience at the heart of the conversation, shifting from a traditional presentation-led format to a highly activating discursive experience.

Experience

At the heart of the experience design was the Big Debate, a purpose-built chamber where major topics, decided in advance by the Partners, were discussed and voted on.

The move to a more conversational experience also saw breakouts being replaced by many smaller huddle sessions. We crowdsourced topics people wanted to host. The audience were free to drop in and out. This more fluid approach was supported by strong event tech, helped people personalise their experience.
