Rethinking an experience to find new ways of connecting senior leaders.

BRIEF

Take a well-established event and reinvigorate it, focussing on what senior technology audiences most value from attending in-person experiences. Go beyond surface engagement to drive deeper business value. 

STRATEGY

We created an experience that put 700 people in control of their journey. Brand partner experiences complemented learning sessions and labs. Technology helped people connect to one another and harvest content.  People chose where they went deeper and how they spent their time. 

EXPERIENCE

A cityscape unified the experience and helped people navigate the space. It sparked ideas, such as a newsstand where people could download content, a bandstand bringing to life Deloitte’s core services and a chocolate vending machine that rewarded participation. We worked with brand partners to bring additional audience value, for example, a serenity garden sponsored by Google Cloud.     

Learning sessions used everything from actors to Chatbots to land ideas. Main stage sessions were energised with an entirely AI generated opening video, spoken-word performances and great guest speakers, such as Brian Cox. 

A focus on amplification included a podcast being recorded in front of a live audience at the event. 

The event evolved to become a must-attend event for senior leaders driving large-scale modernisation.
