Spark - Employee Experience
Energising creative formats designed to memorably connect people to Veolia’s innovation agenda
Brief
Veolia had a lot of ideas and information to share with their employees. At the heart of the brief was the need to find a creative concept from which could spring interesting, energetic and unforgettable ways of communicating the content.
Strategy
We were keen to create a media-rich environment that would open new ways to share ideas in a live setting. This led us to ‘tuned into change’ and the concept of hosting the event in a TV studio. Magazine London became the ideal venue for this.
Experience
On arrival, guests entered a buzzing networking hub centred around a custom-built Media Tower, a set-piece with bold Veolia branding that acted as a broadcast-style focal point.
A neon tunnel created a dramatic entrance to the Spark TV studio. A floor manager energised and entertained the audience, creating the buzz of a live TV show, with cameras and props added to the experience.
The content played out like prime-time TV. Spark Tank saw leaders pitch against the clock, with the audience voting for winners, while Green Up with Gavin ran as a CEO talk show. Audience questions were filmed in the networking hub under the Media Tower and played into the content sessions. The varied formats and joyful experience design helped memorably land business messages.
Live Union managed every aspect of the event from creative concept through to content, production and logistics.
We love that our collaboration is so seamless, it’s hard to see where Veolia and Live Union start and end.
