Employee Engagement 

The brief was to bring together 7,000 global employees to celebrate a major milestone, making people proud to be part of the business. The solution was a three-day house party, held on Live Union’s virtual platform, Beehive. The house party concept opened up a wide array of creative opportunities for a fantastic celebration.

Colleagues moved through different rooms, engaging with live bands and DJs in the bedroom, special guest speakers in the living room, colleague generated content in the kitchen and celeb cameos in the attic. Every element was tailored to reflect the business, even down to including colleagues’ pets! Live Union were responsible for the 360 design and delivery, including producing the content and live streaming the 72hour round-the-clock event.
