Leaders Event 

This virtual leadership event brought together 120 senior people to discuss and plan strategy, culture journey and priorities. We were appointed to design the experience, develop all content and project manage the event.

Engagement, dialogue and idea generation were key objectives of the day. We facilitated this by integrating Concept Board, Slido and Yammer. We also designed the cascade, helping leaders engage their teams post-event. Transitioning to virtual enabled greater flexibility for bringing global leaders together and created less disruption during a busy work period.
