Capital One Mission Day
The challenge was to create an energising experience for 1,000 employees to catalyse change.
Designed around ‘Be the Change’, we created a highly activating gamified agenda that saw people travelling through different zones and enjoying varied engagement formats. These included: silent Lego building, facilitated to explore different aspects of teamwork; actor-led customer deep-dives; and cinema screenings. Using inflatable domes we create a dramatic visual spectacle and achieved intimacy within the blank canvass venue.
