Unite Students – Team Talk Live
Unite Students wanted to bring together all 1,000 employees for the first time to launch a new brand positioning. The challenge was to overcome geography and limit time away from the workplace for frontline teams.
We devised a hybrid solution, linking an online audience and five regional locations into a single experience. An energetic agenda was created, content segments being led from different locations. Each table at the in-person events had iPads enabling them to take part in shared exercises, ask questions and compete with other locations.
The effectiveness of this hybrid experience was recognised in winning the C&IT award for Best Use of Event Technology.
