The brief was to re-imagine a traditional conference as a highly discursive unconference experience.
The Big Debate was the conversational heart of the event, held in Monte Carlo for 600 senior leaders. Designed and built from scratch, it hosted lively debates moderated by a professional host and using microphone balls, video content and voting.Focus was shifted away from one-way plenary sessions to a campfire format that ran alongside the Big Debate.
